The Saving Grace Eph 2:8
- The first and fundamental extension of God's grace to mankind
- The grace God gives to sinners to influence their hearts and turn them to Christ.
- This is the starting point for every man
- This grace keeps us from being lost
The Sanctifying Grace Titus 2:11-14
- This grace keeps us from being contaminated or corrupted
- God’s power and ability to purify us and enable us to live holy lives in a corrupt and contaminated world.
- Spiritual, sexual and social purity and cleanliness is available and accessible by God’s Sanctifying grace.
- We can and are enabled to grow in godliness by it.
The Enabling (Strengthening) Grace Eph 5:1-2, 2Cor 12:19
- This is the grace God gives us to stand strong in faith and live the Christian life from a position of strength and not weakness spiritually.
- We are empowered to do the will and work of God for our lives
- It keeps us from being discouraged, depressed and defeated
The Serving Grace 1Pet 4:10,
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God
- Serving Grace is God’s power and ability he equips us with to serve Him and others
- He gives us grace as gifts, talents, passions and callings that are unique to each one of us.
- it keeps us from being unproductive, unfruitful, and inactive
